Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Products ordered to the United States will typically be in transit for 5-15 days.

CUTOFF TIME

Cutoff times for each order is 3PM EST. Any orders placed after 3PM EST will not start processing until the following business day. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Wolfshack is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Wolfshack is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Here at Wolfshack we take pride in providing unparalleled customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a full refund if your return meets the following requirements. 

  1. Products can be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
  2. Please contact us by email: contact@mywolfshack.com or call us at 1-800-720-2279 with a detailed reason for the return and upon approval you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Please use a trackable mail service for the return as we are not be responsible for lost or missing returned packages.
  4. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment if the product is in original condition and meets the requirement needs. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
  5. Return/Refund requests must be placed within 14 days after you received your order.
